We process personal data of users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of the applicable law (GDPR, DDG, TDDDG).
3 · Collection and storage of personal data
When you visit our website, the following data is automatically collected by our hosting provider:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
This data is collected for technical reasons, to ensure the security and stability of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. It is not merged with other data sources.
We evaluate log data solely to prevent and investigate attacks on our technical infrastructure. It is deleted once that purpose no longer applies; it is not stored beyond that point.
4 · Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies. No analytics, tracking or marketing tools are in use, and no scripts, fonts or other content are loaded from third-party servers. A consent banner is therefore not required.
Should that change, services requiring consent will be loaded only after your explicit agreement (§ 25 (1) TDDDG). This statement will be updated beforehand.
5 · Contacting us
If you contact us by email, the data you provide is stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
6 · Applications
If you send us an application, we process the data it contains solely to carry out the application procedure. The legal basis is § 26 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
If no employment relationship results, we delete the documents six months after the procedure ends. That period reflects the time limit for asserting claims under § 15 (4) of the German General Equal Treatment Act. If you would like us to keep your documents on file for future positions, please tell us; we will then store them on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, for us the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht).
9 · Recipients and processing on our behalf
This website is operated in data centres of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The hosting provider processes the data arising when a page is accessed solely on our behalf, on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
There are no other recipients. No personal data is transferred to third countries outside the European Union.
10 · No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place on this website. This does not concern the platform described on this website; its use at our customers is governed by the relevant contractual agreements.
11 · Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by statutory retention periods.
