Answer:
Our system is tailored precisely to your organization. We model your processes and operational workflows in detail and translate them one-to-one into a live, executable system.


1.2 Can you provide examples of how DYNAMIXS.AI has been implemented in companies with complex or non-standard workflows?

Answer:
Yes. Our system has already been implemented across various industries, including logistics, the financial sector, and HR process environments.


1.3 Do we need to change our processes to use your system, or does the platform adapt to our existing workflows?

Answer:
The core principle of DYNAMIXS.AI is that any process in any organization can be mapped. We are not constrained by predefined systems or rigid process templates. Instead, we adapt flexibly to your requirements and model your processes exactly as they are executed in your organization.


1.4 How long does it typically take to fully map a process in your system?

Answer:
We start with a detailed discussion of your organizational structure, current workflows, and the challenges to be addressed. During this interview, we model your processes directly in our workflow system. Within approximately two hours, we deliver a runnable system skeleton.
Subsequent integration into your existing IT environment follows until the final system is fully implemented. Typically, including integration, this takes up to two weeks, depending on the complexity and openness of your current IT landscape.


1.5 Can I model processes that change frequently, such as seasonal workflows or dynamic team structures?

Answer:
Yes. Our integrated workflow system provides a high degree of flexibility. Both organizational and team structures can be adjusted dynamically—even during live operation.


2. Security and Compliance

2.1 How does DYNAMIXS.AI ensure that our sensitive business data remains protected?

Answer:
We are a European company and therefore fully compliant with GDPR requirements. Your data is stored on secure servers operating in protected environments. The system can be deployed either in your own data center or as a SaaS solution.


2.2 Which security standards or certifications does your platform meet?

Answer:
We are ISO-certified and comply with all applicable German and EU standards required for operating enterprise IT systems.


2.3 Who has access to our data — only us, or also external partners or Cloud Services Providers?

Answer:
All systems operate in a secure environment, and data is stored in encrypted form. No external partners or AI providers have access to your data or processes.


2.4 How do you address GDPR and international compliance requirements?

Answer:
Compliance is one of our core strengths. As a German company, we are fully GDPR-compliant and also meet the relevant international compliance standards.


2.5 How does the system respond to security incidents? Are logging and audit capabilities available?

Answer:
All process steps are logged in an audit-proof manner. Every action can be traced down to the user level and, if required, exported for review by external auditors.

3.1 I have tried other BPMN systems that were too rigid. How is DYNAMIXS.AI different?

Answer:
Our key differentiator is that any modeled process is automatically transformed into a fully operational IT system. You do not need to adapt your processes to our platform; instead, we model and execute your processes exactly as they are practiced in your organization.


3.2 How quickly can I see real results and measurable process improvements?

Answer:
Once the system is set up, it is immediately ready for productive use.


3.3 Which processes should we test first without having to transform everything at once?

Answer:
In customer projects, we first model the organization within the system and start with a simple process. This allows customers to experience how intuitive and flexible the system is. We then gradually extend the solution by adding additional processes until all requirements are fully implemented.


3.4 Are there case studies or success stories demonstrating that your approach works?

Answer:
Our workflow and AI systems are already in productive use across multiple organizations. We can demonstrate live systems currently in operation. 


3.5 What happens if a process model is not optimal initially? How flexible are adjustments?

Answer:
This is one of the key strengths of DYNAMIXS.AI. Process models can be adjusted at any time — even during live operation. Changes or new process steps are modeled in the workflow engine and automatically deployed to the production system. We can even change the workflow during the live presentation and you will see the changes immediately.


4. Integration and Technology

4.1 How does DYNAMIXS.AI integrate into our existing IT landscape?

Answer:
Integration is one of our strengths. We rely on robust API-based integration and flexible interfaces, enabling seamless integration into existing IT environments.


4.2 Which interfaces are supported?

Answer:
In addition to standard interfaces such as SQL, XML, and CSV, we offer powerful APIs for major ERP systems. A complete list of supported interfaces is available upon request.


4.3 Will we need our own developers, or is the platform fully user-friendly?

Answer:
DYNAMIXS.AI is a BPMN-compliant environment supporting all BPMN 2.0 standards. Our flexible workflow engine and the ability to dynamically integrate expert knowledge provide multiple options for customization and continuous optimization.


4.4 Can the system scale if we add new departments or subsidiaries?

Answer:
Yes. The system is fully multi-tenant capable and supports multiple languages. You can extend your organizational structure at any time and roll out processes to new subsidiaries or integrate them as separate tenants.

5.1 How does the platform support our teams in process modeling?

Answer:
A process and AI specialist models the system based on your specifications and existing workflows. In joint workshops, processes are visually modeled and translated directly into a fully functional live system.


5.2 Do you offer training or consulting so our employees can model processes correctly?

Answer:
Yes. We provide training for employees who will later model processes independently. We also train IT teams to ensure smooth integration into the existing IT landscape.


5.3 Can the AI suggest process improvements, or does it only document processes?

Answer:
DYNAMIXS.AI uses process descriptions, system data, and stored documents as contextual input for its AI components. Over time, as more context is accumulated, the AI increasingly understands how your organization operates. This enables the identification of potential bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization.

6.1 Which specific AI technologies do you use?

Answer:
We deploy local large language models (LLMs) within the DYNAMIXS.AI platform. Currently, we use Mistral, but other LLMs can be integrated upon customer request. AI agents and MCP are also supported.


6.2 What data is your AI trained on?

Answer:
The LLMs are pre-trained models.


6.3 How does your system learn and improve over time?

Answer:
We create a contextual model derived from process models, data, and documents. Over time, this context enables the AI to deliver increasingly accurate results as it gains a deeper understanding of your organization and workflows.


6.4 What measurable improvements does the AI deliver?

Answer:
